How do I place an order?
Start with the price estimator to build your order and see a rough price, then send it to me on Messenger. Once your order is paid in full, I make it fresh and you pick it up in Rutherford County.
How much does it cost?
A small candied fruit (1 fruit, 1 flavor and 1 topping) is $25. Mediums are $65 with 2 flavors and 3 toppings, and large party platters are $175 with 4 fruits, 4 flavors and unlimited toppings. Fruit by the Foot or Roll-Up covered fruit is $5 extra, and Gushies are $15 for each flavor.
How do I pay?

How should I store my treats?
Candied fruit can go in the freezer or be enjoyed right away. Gushies don't need freezing.
Can I get a custom tray for my event?
Yes! Mix your fruits, flavors and toppings so there's something for everyone. Tell me your date, your headcount and your colors. Orders for parties, events and businesses may need extra notice or special pickup arrangements, so please double-check your quantities and pickup time before confirming.
Can someone else pick up my order?
Yes, just let me know ahead of time and give me their name. Gift orders are always welcome too! Please send the pickup info and any allergy or dietary concerns before your order is confirmed.
Will my order look exactly like the photos?
The photos are examples of my past work. Everything is handmade and fruit naturally varies, so colors, sizes and shapes may be a little different.
Ordering Policies
Third-Party Pickups & Gift Orders
If someone other than the person who placed the order will be picking it up, please let me know ahead of time and give me their name.
Once the order has been released to the approved pickup person, Sugar Shack Queen is no longer responsible for the order, including transportation, storage, handling or any damage that happens afterward.
Gift orders are always welcome! Please make sure the recipient's pickup information and any allergy or dietary concerns are provided before the order is confirmed.
Event & Large-Order Pickups
Orders for parties, events, businesses or other large gatherings may need additional notice or special pickup arrangements.
Please double-check quantities, pickup times and event details before confirming your order. Once preparation has begun, major changes may not be possible.
Photos & Social Media
I love showing off my work! Sugar Shack Queen may photograph or video completed orders for use on this website and our social media pages.
If your order is a surprise, a gift, or you'd rather it not be posted before a certain date, just let me know ahead of time.

I do my best to keep the website, menu, pricing, flavors and availability accurate and up to date. Occasional mistakes, typos, outdated information or availability changes can still happen. If an error affects your order, I'll contact you before confirming it.

Right to Refuse Service
Sugar Shack Queen reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order when necessary, including situations involving abusive or disrespectful behavior, fraudulent activity, unsafe requests, repeated no-shows or unreasonable demands.
If Sugar Shack Queen has to cancel an order after payment for reasons unrelated to customer behavior, any appropriate refund will be discussed with the customer.
Respect goes both ways, and I want every Sugar Shack Queen experience to be a good one.
